Safira for Shopify

What we access

To do its job the app reads: your store domain, your products and the GPSR product-safety fields needed to assess readiness, your published theme (to confirm the safety block is live), your store contact email (for the optional monthly readiness summary), and your app subscription status. It requests two Shopify permissions: write_products (to add and read the product-safety fields) and read_themes (to check the block is showing). It does not access orders or any customer data.

What we store

We store shop-level settings only: the readiness state you configure, your readiness score, and a hash-chained audit trail of that score over time. We do not collect, store, or process any of your customers’ personal data.

Data deletion

When you uninstall the app, or on a Shopify shop/redact request, we delete all data we hold for your store. We also honour customers/data_request and customers/redact — though we store no customer data, so there is nothing to return or erase.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your data. Billing is handled by Shopify. The optional monthly readiness summary is sent via Resend (email delivery). We use no third-party analytics or trackers.
